Weekend Offender brand was founded in 2004 in a small town just outside Cardiff. The brand was the brainchild of Sam Jones and Rhydian Powell. They took influence from a variety of sub-cultures, including terrace casuals and those who attended the rave scene in the 1980s.

Peaceful Hooligan was born in Stoke-on-Trent in the year 2003 from the desire to create the clothing founders and owners Martyn and Tom wanted to wear but could never quite find in their favourite stores.
With the focus on quality rather than trends and fads, they wanted to build kit to survive the things they do; from misbehaving down the pub to following their colours around the country.
