Delivery:
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, fill out the form that comes in the package along with the goods you are returning and tape the enclosed return slip to the package. We will refund the amount you paid for the goods after deducting our shipping costs of SEK 49 for the return, this only applies within Sweden.
If the package is sent within the EU or in UK and Norway, you are responsible for the return cost.
If you are ordering from UK or Norway you will pay for the VAT and a possible duty fee.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for the condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
